Warranty

  1. Warranty will be valid from the date of purchase only on applicable products.
  2. Duration of the warranty period will be as mentioned in the product description.
  3. Warranty claims will be processed as a product replacement or money refund which is subjected to the company terms.
  4. Warranty will be considered invalid if there are any physical damage on the product.

Returns

  1. Product returns won’t be accepted unless there is a physical difference or damage at the time of delivery.
  2. Returns can be accepted on company conditions with refund vouchers issued to be redeemed in our website.
  3. Customer will have to bear the cost of shipment of returne product.

Coupons

  1. Coupons are subjected to limited usage and expiry period.
  2. Only one coupon can be used at a time during checkout.
  3. Generating unauthorized coupon codes can lead to legal issues.

Shipment

  1. Shipments will be done by 3rd party courier services.
  2. Product damages during shipment will be considered for returns on company terms and conditions.
  3. If shipments are delayed more than 15 days only the money will be refunded.
  4. Refunds will begin after the products have been received by us.

Reselling

  1. Reselling of our products for business purposes is strictly prohibited.
  2. Interested resellers must contact us before hand.

Taxes
